The Sequel Way

At The Sequel Way, we believe that movement is for everyone.

We specialise in exercise, health and wellbeing services for individuals living with chronic illness, disability or recovering from injury or surgery. From tailored rehabilitation programmes to strength-building and confidence-boosting training, we provide inclusive support for those navigating complex health journeys.

But our services are not limited to those with additional needs. We also support able-bodied individuals who wish to improve their fitness, maintain independence or simply find a space where training is adapted, thoughtful and sustainable.

All of our classes and personal training options are carefully tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring that everyone progresses at their own pace in a supportive and welcoming environment.

As you grow stronger, you’ll have the opportunity to move through different levels of classes and programmes, supporting continued progress and long-term motivation.

At The Sequel Way, inclusion isn’t just a value – it’s the foundation of everything we do.

Your goals, your journey, your pace.
