Premium Personal Training Package

Our Premium Personal Training Package is one of our most comprehensive coaching options at The Sequel Way. It is designed for people who want individual support, structure and accountability while building strength, improving fitness and progressing with confidence.

This 4-week membership includes one-to-one coaching, access to our inclusive strength and conditioning timetable and support with your wider training journey.

What’s Included

Two One-to-One Personal Training Sessions Each Week
You will receive two personalised coaching sessions each week, tailored to your goals, current fitness level, movement ability and any areas you may need extra support with.

Gradual Introduction to Classes
As you get stronger and more confident, we can gradually introduce you to a variety of our inclusive strength and conditioning classes. This allows you to progress at a pace that suits you, rather than feeling like you have to jump straight into everything on your own.

Access to Strength & Conditioning Classes
You will have access to a wide range of coached classes each week, with guidance on which sessions are most suitable for your goals, ability and stage of training.

Unlimited Open Gym Access
Your membership also includes open gym access for independent training. This can be introduced over time as you become more confident using the gym and following your programme.

Tailored Exercise Rehab Support
Where appropriate, we can provide a tailored exercise programme to support strength, mobility, movement confidence and return to activity. If you are currently working with a physiotherapist, doctor or other healthcare professional, we can work alongside their recommendations to help progress your training safely and appropriately.

Optional Add-Ons

Nutrition coaching, wellbeing support and weekly check-ins can be added to this package if you would like extra guidance, accountability and support outside of your training sessions.

These add-ons can help with areas such as routine, energy, sleep, lifestyle habits, nutrition structure and staying consistent with your goals.
