3 Pillars Program
The three pillars program caters to each client’s unique needs throughout their health and fitness journey by providing three distinct levels of exercise/health classes:
- Empowering Ageing
- Positive Ageing
- Elite ageing
Each of these classes aims to help you move pain free while improving strength, cardiovascular health, mobility/flexibility, improving balance and reducing the risk of falls.
Empowering Ageing: Level 1
Empowering ageing is a light low impact class aimed at people with complex medical needs, illnesses injuries and is suitable for beginners.
Positive Ageing: Level 2
Positive Ageing is the next level in the program which consists of light to moderate levels of physical activity and consists of resistance training, flexibility, mobility, balance and cardiovascular training.
Elite Ageing: Level 3
The Elite Ageing class is the final pillar of the program which consists of moderate to vigorous physical activity. The three pillars program offers each client an opportunity to progress through each of the levels as they grow in confidence.
