Pillar 1: Empowering Ageing
This entry-level class is ideal for those who are new to exercise, managing chronic illness or returning after injury or surgery. It focuses on gentle, functional movements to restore confidence, reduce pain and improve daily mobility.
Pillar 2: Positive Ageing
As you build strength and confidence, you may progress into this moderate-intensity class. Positive Ageing introduces more varied movement, resistance training and cardiovascular activity — all while maintaining a strong focus on balance, flexibility and fall prevention.
Pillar 3: Elite Ageing
This advanced class supports active older adults who wish to continue challenging themselves. Designed to maintain and improve overall fitness, it includes structured strength, balance and endurance work to help you thrive with age.
