  • I’m 68 years of age and joined the Sequel Way shortly after Ethan opened. I suffer from arthritis and a bulging disk. Since I joined I don’t have any problem with my bulging disk as Ethan makes sure we are doing the exercises properly. He has a great variety of classes. I have found since I started I’ve become very flexible. I would highly recommend these classes to other people.

  • Ethan is a fantastic trainer and his classes are always fun and varied with a range of different classes at different times to choose from. He ensures that your technique is correct to avoid injury. The classes are suitable for all as he adapts the exercises to your level of fitness and ability and changes them up regularly. I have noticed a great improvement in my strength since commencing the classes and would happily recommend them.
